Portrait of Prince Ngozi, founder of Ngozi Forever Foundation

Founder, Ngozi Forever Foundation

Prince Ngozi founded Ngozi Forever Foundation in 2020 on a simple conviction: hope must be practical. It must take blood pressure, hand over medicine, carry food to a widow's door — and it must come with dignity.

Growing up in the South-east of Nigeria, Prince saw families wake up every day without knowing where the next meal would come from, and market women who worked from sunrise to sunset yet could not afford a simple blood-pressure check. In 2020 he turned that conviction into a registered foundation — first with Nigeria's Corporate Affairs Commission, and later as a US 501(c)(3) public charity — so that compassion would have a structure, a team, and a rhythm that never stops.

Six years on, that rhythm holds. Every month, the foundation's 21 volunteers — nurses, organizers, and everyday people who simply show up, none of them paid — run a free medical outreach in Aba: consultations, screenings, and medications at no cost, with prayer offered to every patient who wishes it. The foundation stands with 200 widows every Christmas with care packages and year-round encouragement, visits orphanage homes so children know they are seen, visits prisoners so no one is written off, and trains young people in computer and workplace skills at its skills centre.

From his base in Camarillo, California, Prince directs the foundation's work in Nigeria, carried on the ground by Communication Director Peter N. Nwaoko, Secretary Jennifer Okechi, and the volunteer team in Aba. In 2026 his humanitarian work was entered for the Arab Hope Makers award in Dubai.
